Witness of the Resurrection. Your comments invited.

What is your favorite part of this video (Something John said)?

Mine is, “He did nothing amiss” and “We did not fully comprehend”.

Christ set a meaningful pattern, as well. “He was in great agony. He prayed more earnestly.”

To my fellow travelers on the path of life, I wish you well. May we all continue to TURN our hearts, every particle, to God, our Heavenly Father, and to Jesus Chirst, whom He sent to make the way for us to return to our heavenly home and show us patterns by which we can live more satisfied and fulfilled lives and become clean on the INside, so we can be comfortable in our own skin. He is the way.

“The darkness has passed, and the TRUE LIGHT now shineth.” HE IS RISEN and still lives today.

Because of HIM

What touches your heart the most in this video?

I am a writer, and now I’ll be re-writing the last page of my life’s story. I’ve decided to write something different. The end of most books say “THE END”. After watching this video, I’ve decided to write …there is no end because of Jesus Christ.

My greatest joy and deepest heart’s desire has been to teach my children (and now, my grandchildren) about Jesus Christ. His life and mission give purpose and meaning to the bigger picture of our own lives. Because I know this, I’ve wanted my children to have the opportunity of knowing this for themselves.

Thus, the last page will be a message of hope. There is NO END.

Let me know what touches you most in the comments. Enjoy the video.

Your choices have an impact

I loved this. Sometimes it’s the best thing to do to think twice about decisions we make. Our choices can affect generations! Every person’s influence matters!

Finding Faith in Christ

This video moves my soul.

Whether we need help finding our faith or help to simply strengthen our faith, I think these reminders are good for us. In our busy world, taking time to review what makes the most difference to our soul is important–and often forgotten.

I hope you’ll find something just right for you. I found hope to carry on and encouragement to do so.

Gratitude. This is beautiful!

Every day there is room for thanks-giving (gratitude).

May you enjoy this beautiful song by Nichole Nordeman.

Lyrics:

Send some rain, would You send some rain?
‘Cause the earth is dry and needs to drink again
And the sun is high and we are sinking in the shade
Would You send a cloud, thunder long and loud?
Let the sky grow black and send some mercy down
Surely You can see that we are thirsty and afraid
But maybe not, not today
Maybe You’ll provide in other ways
And if that’s the case . . .

(Chorus)

We’ll give thanks to You
With gratitude
For lessons learned in how to thirst for You
How to bless the very sun that warms our face
If You never send us rain

Daily bread, give us daily bread
Bless our bodies, keep our children fed
Fill our cups, then fill them up again tonight
Wrap us up and warm us through
Tucked away beneath our sturdy roofs
Let us slumber safe from danger’s view this time
Or maybe not, not today
Maybe You’ll provide in other ways
And if that’s the case . . .

(Chorus)

We’ll give thanks to You
With gratitude
A lesson learned to hunger after You
That a starry sky offers a better view if no roof is overhead And if we never taste that bread

Oh, the differences that often are between
What we want and what we really need

So grant us peace, Jesus, grant us peace
Move our hearts to hear a single beat
Between alibis and enemies tonight
Or maybe not, not today
Peace might be another world away
And if that’s the case . . .

(Chorus)

We’ll give thanks to You
With gratitude
For lessons learned in how to trust in You
That we are blessed beyond what we could ever dream
In abundance or in need
And if You never grant us peace

But Jesus, would You please . .

Forgiveness: Reclaimed

“There is no habit, no addiction, no rebellion, no transgression, no apostasy, no crime exempted from the promise of complete forgiveness. That is the promise of the atonement of Christ” (Boyd K. Packer, “The Brilliant Morning of Forgiveness,” Ensign, Nov. 1995, 20).
